MHS Construction Project
The 2009-2010 school year has started and the Mauston High School Construction Class is building it's 13th home! We have 14 enthusiastic seniors in my class and they are doing a wonderful job. It is a great learning experience for these students.
This years home is, once again, being constructed in the Maugh's Creek Subdivision, in the city of Mauston. We are very fortunate that this subdivision is directly across the street from our high school. This years home is a 1,727 square foot home with three bedroom and two and a half baths. It features basement infloor heat and a two car garage that is 26' x 28'. It will have a room in the basement that will be finished with log siding. The basement will have a bathroom roughed in and could contain two future bedrooms. We hope you enjoy watching our progress. Thank you to our Mauston School Board, Administration, and the Community of Mauston for supporting this project.
