A beautiful, innovative K-5 elementary school remodeled in 2000, invites children to a family atmosphere of about 90 students. The school offers excellent facilities, large outdoor space, and a friendly, highly qualified staff.
Lyndon Station Elementary School was a two time recipient of the New Wisconsin Promise School of Recognition Award in the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 school years.
The Lyndon Station Elementary staff is committed to help each student achieve to his/her potential. The staff has developed differentiated instructional groups based on MAP scores. Each year the staff designs cross grade level units and activities for students. The highly anticipated annual end of year event is the Fun Relays Day!
The Lyndon Station PTC is very supportive of the staff and students. It provides money for field trips, library books, classroom programs and activities, Accelerated Reader tests and other school supplies. In 2009, whiteboards were purchased for all classrooms thanks to the generosity of the PTC.
